Controlsa has expanded the facilities of its factory in Santa Perpétua de la Mogoda, Barcelona. The expansion has consisted of the construction of a new warehouse attached to the existing one, with an initial area of 2,400 m2. With this expansion, the company now has a manufacturing area of more than 13,000 m2 between the Barcelona factory and the Ólvega, Soria factory.
This expansion is entirely dedicated to improving the production and shipping service of the high-speed doors, manufactured entirely in the Barcelona factory, and gives the company the opportunity to have new machinery and more space to optimize the production processes that it had previously the date were carried out in the factory. This is a first step for the expansion of the company as well as for the absorption of all the new product that has been generated and consolidated over the years.
