FRIGO FREEZING 200 BN

In 1999 Controlsa S.A opted for innovation in the field of cold storage enclosures and presented the first prototype of the Biport® Frigo, its new international patent. Designed based on market trends, the Biport® Frigo unites in a single product quickly and sealing , while a reduction of costs and maintenance. The enclosure comprises a sliding cold room door – cooling or freezing - and selfrepairable® high speed roll up door.
Its strength lies in the guided fast roller door, held by the same frame of the cooling door.
This allows all components of the fast rolling door can be placed outside the chamber, thus avoiding problems of condensation, frost or ice even on canvas, which is reflected in the drum outside the chamber once at rest the system. The Biport® Frigo integrates into any space, joins two products in one and centralizes control of both products can perform as programs running.

APLICACIONS

Freezing chambers.

FEATURES

Frame
Controlsa patented system that integrates the closure of the positive or negative cold door and canvas guided rapid door. These guides are heated in low temperatura cases.

Made with materials that provide a thermal break between the inside and the outside of the refrigerator. Finished in lacquered or anodized.

Sliding door Variable thickness according to the cold temperatures. Finished in stainless steel, lacquered...

Sliding rail It contains the mechanisms underpinning the door facilitating manual and / or automatic movement.

Rolling drum Made of extruded aluminum with steel shaft and provided with self-aligning bearings.

Canvas The canvas has exclusive Controlsa side stops that in case of impact against the canvas get rid of the guides, may leave the totally free space, returning to his position fully automatically at the next maneuver. Our extensive range of canvas give you the perfect solution for every application.
Optional peepholes. Fireproof canvas M2 type.
Antifungal, resistant to UV rays.
Is not possible to place peepholes because the composition of the material for low temperature.

Electronic safety sensor during closing
In the event of an obstacle in the path of the canvas when closing the door that is not detected by the safety cell, the door has a patented electronic sensor system which detects the obstacle and reverses the direction of rotation of the engine becomes altogether harmless to both people and cargo.

Kit drive
Electro -mechanical mechanism for opening and closing the refrigerator door automatically.
The Kit allows the cooling door is unlocked at the end, allowing manual operation . In case you are halfway there is a manual release that allows decouple door kit.

Power supply

Single phase + Earth. Also in three-phase version for 50 Hz and 60 Hz .

Opening and closing

Speed Sliding door: Opening: till 0,4 m/s. Closing: 0,3 m/s.

High speed door: Opening: till 1,2 m/s. Closing: 0,6 m/s.

Other speeds  please consult.

Electronic Control Panel

Polyester control panel IP65.

Maneuver fully electronic frequency converter , which controls the engine with acceleration and deceleration ramps and programmable controller , which performs the sequence assigned to the Biport® Frigo.

Switching voltage: 24V D.C.
The phase connection allows installation of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS ) that allows normal operation of the door in case of power failure ( optional). The number of operations is a function of the door, and location measurements.

Horizontal safety cell

Prevents closing the door as it is blocked, or reverses the direction of travel of the same during closing. Degree of protection.

Adapted to the environment that the door should be located.
