ELECTRONIC KIT

Controlsa was a pioneer in the automation, first electro-hydraulic and then electronic, of the refrigeration doors. The electronic kit that we have is pre-assembled, like the rest of the products, so that its assembly is easy and fast. It consists of a tractor bar made of extruded lacquered aluminum, inside which all the transmission and motorization mechanisms are housed to operate the refrigeration door.

APLICACIONS

It is coupled to any existing system in the market and is valid for both positive temperature and negative temperature.

FEATURES

Tractor bar
Manufactured in white lacquered extruded aluminum, it includes inside the pulleys and the belt by means of which the transmission is made between the anchoring part, fixed on the belt, and the dragging part, located on the refrigeration door.

Electronic control panel
It allows a connection to single-phase network, exact control of the opening and closing stops, speed selection and waiting timing. It includes frequency inverter and programmable automaton that equips the system with acceleration and braking ramps.

Gearmotor equipment
Three-phase equipment for direct insertion to the tractor, regulated by the frequency converter, which prolongs the life of the same.

Protection system
Mechanical clutch that limits the force of the equipment during closing. It also includes a safety cell as standard.

Degree of protection
Normal environments free of condensation. In case of cold room at low temperature, specify.
